Thank you!

“Flesh and Stone” Infos

“Flesh and Stone” is the name of the fifth episode of Doctor Who 5th series. It is the second part of a 2-part episode, half presented on “Time of the Angels”. In the ending of that one it was a really good strategy to put that gun scene, because that way people stay more addicted to the show, wondering if the Weeping Angels will get away or imagining what will be discovered about River Song. But, on the other hand, it is a bit annoying, because when we’re watching the best part/climax, the episode ends and we feel so down to have to wait one more week to know the rest (our case, haha)…

Anyway, all of us (just) have to wait. And we know it’ll be worth it!!!

SYNOPSIS: “There’s no way back, no way up and no way out. Trapped among an army of Weeping Angels, the Doctor and his friends must try to escape through the wreckage of a crashed space liner.

Meanwhile, in the forest vault, the Doctor’s companion, Amy Pond, finds herself facing an even more deadly attack.”

Statistics for the episode “The Eleventh Hour”

This is just a copy of an article about the episode of the 5th series. You can read more here.

More than eight million people tuned in to watch Matt Smith’s debut as Doctor Who last night as he took over the role from David Tennant.

Smith, 27, wowed in his first appearance in the iconic part and critics are already declaring he could be the best Time Lord to date.

Their verdicts will be music to the ears of BBC chiefs, who have been anxiously waiting to see if the 11th incarnation of Doctor Who would be as popular as Tennant.

In fact, Smith secured exactly the same viewing figures as the Scottish actor did when he first officially took over the role in April, 2006.

His appearance last night won a massive 36.9 per cent of the audience share. The eight million figure compared to a 5.4million average for that time slot this year so far.
